Karen has worked for UCIM (previously known as the University Investment Office) for over 8 years in operational roles, culminating in appointment as COO in April 2021. Karen is responsible for the operations function, risk management, audits, controls, and provides financial reporting to the UCIM Board and the University Investment Board. Her previous experience includes setting up financial operations in fast growing businesses as well as group treasury management for an international luxury goods company. Karen is a qualified chartered accountant.
